RETURNS AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Return Deadlines and Conditions | In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, in the event of an accident such as wrong item, initial defect, defacement, etc., we will exchange the unused items only upon payment on delivery. Please contact us and return the item within 10 days of receipt. Note that slight differences in color may occur in the same product depending on the production lot. As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to color blurring caused by lot size. Please place your order with understanding and acknowledgement. |

RETURN POSTAGE | Please bear the cost in case of customer convenience. However, the Company will bear the cost of exchanging defective items or exchanging incorrectly delivered items. |
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT | In the unlikely event of a defective product, we will check our inventory and replace it with a new or equivalent product. Please contact us by e-mail or phone within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after the deadline. |
