Placing an order with us indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to the followings:

* Usage of This Web Catalogue

This web catalogue is made available only for international professional wholesalers, not for individual consumers.
Please note that any activities, browsing the website, checking the prices of our products or purchasing the products, of non-international wholesalers through this web catalogue, are regarded as a breach of the agreement.

* Minimum Purchase Order Requirement

Minimum amount for a purchase order is JPY 100,000 -, excluding our handling charge and the shipping cost.

* International Shipment Policy

We use Japan Post EMS service with an insurance/tracking for the international delivery. http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/index_en.html
The shipping cost must be paid by the buyer.
Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world.

* Handling Charge

Please note that 5% of the total price of the products is added as a handling charge of Obitsu.
The handling charge includes invoicing, special packaging for the international delivery, carbon boxes etc.

* Payment Methods

Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal.
In case of failing to confirm the payment in full after 14 days from the time of the order, the purchase order will be cancelled.

* Cancellations and Returns

In principle, we do not accept any cancellation or return of the products once the official purchase order is confirmed.
Please always contact and consult with us before returning any products, regardless of the reason.
Please try to ensure your order is as accurate as possible when placing it.

* Replacements

We replace the products that prove to be defective from the time of manufacture or packing, such as a wrong item from your order, a defect in the product, or a stained item, and it must be returned in the original unused condition.
All claims for replacements due to shipping damage or manufacturing defects must be made within 10 days of the delivery. We reserve the right to reject claims of manufacturing defects on the products in cases of obvious user abuse.

* Product Descriptions

We always try to be as accurate as possible on our website. However, this does not mean that we do guarantee that the product descriptions or other contents of this website are complete, up-to-date, or error-free.
The colors of the products shown on the web catalogue may vary slightly from the original product due to various reasons, such as the condition or the set-up of your monitor screen. Please note that the priority is given to that of the original products, and we do not accept any request for returns or cancellations due to this reason.
